The Space:
Blue Ridge, GA has been a tourist destination since its founding in 1886. The first railway came to Blue Ridge at this time and provided an easy path from Atlanta. Overnight Blue Ridge became a boomtown. People flocked to this region to enjoy the fresh mountain air and cool climate. The same wonderful experiences are true today!
Since its humble beginnings, a variety of new adventures are offered now including trails, waterfalls, Lake Blue Ridge, horseback riding, tubing, white water rafting, breweries, wineries, restaurants, shopping and a plethora of other attractions.
Parker’s Peak will provide a luxurious escape and adventure! The beautiful drive to Blue Ridge will only entice your senses and give you a sneak peak to the wonders of this area.
Immediately upon arriving you will notice the beautiful long-range views available from the fire pit and hot tub area. It is just the beginning of a memorable stay. There is ample level parking for up to five vehicles. Entrance is by an assigned door code prior to your arrival.
You will enter into a large foyer. The kids will dart to the large game room to the left featuring a pool table, arcade games, shuffleboard, card table and multiple board games. It is possible that the adult kids will knock the kids down as they race to the game room to check out the wet bar, refrigerator, large sectional sofa, half-bath and the FIVE flat screen TV’s for the perfect college/pro football day! Kids will be kids, no matter the age.
The NFL Sunday Ticket is provided for guests enjoyment!
The large dining room is also to the left upon entrance and has seating for eight. There is also access to the backyard from the foyer.
From the foyer, the home features a large open area with a cathedral ceiling, large windows for natural light and a cozy living room with large sofa, beautiful stone gas fireplace, large screen TV, other seating options and access to the large wrap around deck. Plenty of blankets are provided for those cool mountain evenings.
As you walk towards the living room, the spacious gourmet kitchen is to your right. This is the perfect kitchen for preparing large meals. It features ample counter space, a large island with five bar stools with three additional bar stools on the counter peninsula, wine cooler, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook with table for five, multiple cabinets and large pantry. The kitchen also provides access to the wrap around porch. Coffee is provided for the Keurig machine.
The outdoor wrap around porch has seating and small tables to enjoy your morning coffee or adult beverage. Parents will love the security of the closed off porch for their children and fur babies.
Just off the living room is the main floor bedroom. It has a king bed, access to the wrap around porch, flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The upstairs features a small loft with seating area and the private large king-suite bedroom. The bedroom is spacious, with a private balcony, and beautifully designed bathroom featuring a garden soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities.
The lower level has three bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 - King bed, smart TV
Bedroom #2 - Queen with option to add a twin bed, smart TV
Bedroom #3 - Bunk room, no door, featuring four full beds with large screen TV.

There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
All of our bedrooms/bathrooms feature luxury linens/towels and mountain escape toiletries.
A pack-n-play is provided for the little ones including sheets.
The hot tub is covered and accessible from the game room. It is a seven person tub overlooking the long-range mountain views. Seating and bar edge is provided as well. An outdoor shower is available, with hot water, to wash off the day’s adventure and prepare you to soak away the stress.
Parker’s Peak has a great fire pit area with beautiful views and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Your family vacation wouldn’t be complete without your fur baby. The cabin is dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs, up to 50 lbs. each. The owners respectfully ask you to keep them off the furniture and beds and create them while you are away. A crate, bed, bowls and waste bags are provided for your stay. A great amenity is the small fenced yard off the back porch you can safely let your dog enjoy.

Trash pickup service is provided on day of departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash.
